Caring for team satisfaction and, at the same time, increasing productivity is now one of the key business challenges. This challenge will help to introduce such changes that affect attitudes and cooperation within the company.

This Design Challenge is intended for business owners, leaders, project owners, project managers, project developers, entrepreneurs, designers, representatives of the product development and R&D departments. A Design Challenge on how to methodically perform an effective retrospective of completed projects.

Improving internal processes and daily cooperation in companies or teams is a challenge for every manager or leader in a company. Caring for team satisfaction and, at the same time, increasing productivity is now one of the key business challenges. The old and standard ways of working are no longer effective in a constantly changing and agile work environment. New approaches allow for improving operations and addressing employee needs to better summarize completed projects, partnerships or ongoing activities. Methodically conducted retrospectives help translate the collected information directly into conclusions and potential directions of change.

During the Design Challenge, we will learn how to collect information and draw conclusions from completed projects. We see how to avoid creating long lists of new rules that everyone will soon forget in practice. We will suggest ways to efficiently implement an effective retrospective and summarise the project, cooperation and ongoing activities. We will analyse how the introduction of such changes affects attitudes and cooperation within the company.

Please carefully choose the workshops and Design Challenges as they take place in parallel. It is only possible to participate in one workshop and one Design Challenge in total.
