Habits build a sense of belonging and psychological safety in remote work as well. This workshop will help us tame a changing reality by introducing new, valuable team work habits.

This workshop is intended for business owners, leaders, team members, people responsible for creating culture in the organization, representatives of the marketing department, product development, R&D, PR, sales and HR. A workshop on how to lead, build and bond a team during a pandemic.

Businesses will remember 2020 for a long time. Overnight, everything has changed. The daily team work routine has been destroyed. The face-to-face meetings have been replaced by video conferences. Small talk over a cup of coffee turned into chat messages and emoticons. Daily briefings have been replaced by gatherings in front of a laptop screen. Every day, teams, regardless of size, confront the unknown. The pandemic has revealed the importance of rituals in team work and the life of the company. Today, international research findings remind us that it is habits that build a sense of belonging and psychological safety in remote work as well.

During the workshop, participants will learn how to tame a changing reality by introducing new, valuable team work habits. Together, we will explore what bonds teams in the work environment. We will analyse fresh examples already implemented during this pandemic. Leaders will be advised on what to look for when creating their own strategy in these times of uncertain, dynamic changes. We will develop a plan to increase a sense of belonging in the reality of remote work.

Please carefully choose the workshops and Design Challenges as they take place in parallel. It is only possible to participate in one workshop and one Design Challenge in total.
